HELÍΣEA – Engines on!

Engines on, propellers in motion, 01.06.2022 celebrates the launch of HELÍΣEA, as well as our news blog. For proper introductions, “Helice” means propeller in French & Spanish, hence the wordplay used for our yachting agency’s name, adding the word ‘Σea’ as a little twist.

Being a subsidiary of L.Nemitsas LTD, an engineering pioneer in Cyprus since 1913, it was obvious that we had to have an engineering reference, hinted in our name.

So, onward we go with our brand launch, right at the start of the post-covid season. While in 2021 HELÍΣEA, served iconic superyachts such as, S/Y A and M/Y Lana, we are hopeful that with the world opening up, we will welcome many more yachts visiting our beautiful island.

Cyprus is located right in the heart of the Eastern Mediterranean Sea having many benefits to offer. Our beautiful island offers a combination of a great summer season visit, but also last stop from/to the Indian Ocean via the Suez Canal. So, while captains and crew can easily attend to services required for their trip to the next destination, guests, have the unique opportunity to explore the island of Aphrodite (the Greek Goddess of beauty), visit vineyards, ancient monuments and sites, go diving, dine at luxury restaurants...all while enjoying the beautiful weather and waters until end of end November. Every corner of Cyprus is filled with history, great local food, and different activities to do…and we are happy to help you choose!

There is a variety of ports of calling, Limassol Marina, Ayia Napa Marina, as well as some smaller marinas and places to anchor. By 2027 we will have a total of five Marinas, namely, Paphos, Larnaca, and Paralimni, which are multi-million projects that will add value to your stay in Cyprus, ensuring that every comfort you wish will be met.
