ANTI BRIBERY & ANTI CORRUPTION POLICY

  • We conduct our business with integrity, honesty, fairly and free from any unethical business practices or tax evasion.
  • We have ZERO TOLERANCE against passive or active corruption, and we follow the below principles when conducting our business.
  • We walk away from business deals and relationships where we have concerns.
  • We want to win but in the right way.
  • We avoid conflicts of interest.
  • We may offer and accept hospitality and gifts in a transparent and legal way (except for cash) within reasonable limits and if there is prior approval from the Managing Director. This does not apply to any government officials.
  • Donations or sponsorships to political parties or politicians are strictly prohibited.
  • The Company’s employees are prohibited from: taking or giving bribes, commissions, making ‘’facilitation’’ payments from /to any of the company’s stakeholders. Infringement of the above may lead to disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.
  • We maintain accurate and complete records of all our business transactions according to the local legislation and prevailing accounting standards.
  • All employees are obliged to respect the confidentiality of all information made available to them within the context of the execution of their duties. Furthermore, it is prohibited to use information we should not have.
  • None of the Company’s employees can have any professional or other activity which is either competitive to the activities of the
  • Company or is bound to hinder the prosperity and or the reputation of the Company and its stakeholders.
