HELÍΣEA – Ayia Napa Marina Inauguration

Adding another key destination for yachts arriving in Cyprus, Ayia Napa Marina is undoubtedly a jewel. 

Situated south-east of our island, this destination's key selling point is the island's most beautiful clear water and golden sandy beaches for visitors to enjoy.

The inauguration on 21st June took place on the longest day of the year, ensuring that attendees got a chance to walk around the 4000+ sqm premises and admire the modern infrastructure, key services, as well as food and beverage options that were newly opened. It is a multi-use development that combines residential, commercial, and leisure infrastructure in the region with luxury residences, world-class yachting facilities and services, shops, restaurants, and a number of entertainment options. 

The marina can host 600 boats in wet and dry storage. Boats with a length of up to 85 meters can have a berthing space, while on land, besides the dry area which is serviced by a Travel Crane of 150t capacity, the specially designed storage area (Dry Stack) can host all small boats with a length of up to 10 meters can be stored. 

Additionally, it features 220 spacious, luxury apartments in two impressive twisting towers, and 35 luxury villas, some of which have access to a private beach area. In terms of restaurants and shops, visitors can dine at Robuchon Restaurants (L'Atelier, Le Deli, Le Sundeck), Sushi Yama, Art Gallery, Sueno Azul, Pahit Ice, and enjoy luxury shopping.
